The VSC is an educational discussion between a qualified Auxiliary Member and a boat owner, in the interest of boating safety. VOLUNTARYAuxiliary members conduct VSC's only at the request of the vessel's boat owner. CONFIDENTIALThe results of the VSC are not reported to any agency. |

At the conclusion of the VSC, if all the requirements are met, a decal will be awarded. If all the requirements are not met, the owner will know what deficiencies need to be corrected. When these are done, a decal will be awarded.
