Vessel Safety Checks

"VSC's" performed by the Auxiliary are:

    FREE

    The VSC is an educational discussion between a qualified Auxiliary Member and a boat owner, in the interest of boating safety.

    VOLUNTARY

    Auxiliary members conduct VSC's only at the request of the vessel's boat owner.

    CONFIDENTIAL

    The results of the VSC are not reported to any agency.

 Free Vessel Safety Check

At the conclusion of the VSC, if all the requirements are met, a decal will be awarded.  If all the requirements are not met, the owner will know what deficiencies need to be corrected.  When these are done, a decal will be awarded.
